Who we are

Flexd runs flexd.gg. If you have a question about your data, email [email protected].

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we keep:

• your email address
• your phone number, if you choose to give it
• that you confirmed you're 18 or older and agreed to hear from us
• the date and time you signed up, your IP address and the country it comes from

How we use it

We use your details to tell you when Flexd launches, to give you your welcome bonus, and to send you news and offers by email, or by text message if you gave us your number. We use your IP address to stop spam and abuse of the sign-up form.

We use your details only because you agreed to it when you joined. We don't sell them.

Who can see it

Only the Flexd team, and the companies that host our website and send our emails for us.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any of our emails. You can also email [email protected] to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted.

Age

Flexd is for people aged 18 and over. If we learn that someone under 18 has joined the waitlist, we delete their details.
